Day 1: Cochin
Cochin
You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport / Railway station by The Mytripbuddy representative and thereafter drive to the hotel. Spend the afternoon with local sightseeing in and around Ernakulam/Cochin – the Queen of Arabian Sea, this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World. Sightseeing attractions in Cochin include Bolgatty Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets. Overnight stay is arranged in Cochin.2
Day 2: Cochin – Vagamon
Cochin – Vagamon
After breakfast checkout from hotel and then drive to Vagamon which has a cool climate with temperature between 10 and 23 degree celcius. The sleepy town with its scenic valleys, beautiful green meadows, enchanting pine forests, mists, fogs, tea estates, waterfalls with the overall greenery is really striking. The landscape is mostly hilly bald with green meadows with a pond in the middle which is worth watching. Overnight stay is arranged in Vagamon.3
Day 3: Vagamon – Thekkady

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (1:30 Hrs); on arrival check in to the hotel. Take rest for sometime and then proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady – one of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, visit to Spice Plantation and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.4
Day 4: Thekkady

After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Gavi (1:10 Hrs). The sheer beauty of this place is indeed worth a closer look ! Here is nature at its unadulterated best. Gavi often serves as a base camp for deep jungle trekkers, birdwatchers, nature lovers, research students and the like. The place is rich in flora and fauna. There are hills and valleys, tropical forests, sprawling grasslands, sholas, cascading waterfalls and cardamom plantations. Endangered species including the Nilgiri Tahr and Lion-tailed macaque are often sighted at the outskirts of Gavi. Drive back to hotel in Tekkady by evening. Overnight stay is arranged in Tekkady.5
Day 5: Thekkady – Kumarakom

After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Kumarakom (3 to 4 Hrs).At 11.30 AM check in to the house boat in Kumarakom for cruising through legendary backwaters of Kerala.You are invited into the houseboat with a welcome drink.The lunch will be a completely authentic Kerala meals which includes Paneer,Gobi Manchurian and Pearl sport fish Fry (Karimeen Fry). You can ask for some fishing while on the boat and have the same prepared for your meals.In the evening Tea and snacks are provided. Chapatti and chicken curry, rice and Dal are offered at night. Overnight stay in the house boat. House boat is a private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms, hygienic kitchen, dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters.6
Day 6: Kumarakom – Cochin Departure
